Are you in favor of a plague? The news media is saying a plague could bring anarchy. Is that what you want? Or maybe that is not the English word you really want to use.

To me, a plague and the resulting anarchy it would bring seems like something Satan would want, and not what our God of love and peace would want for us. (But God does allow such things to humble man and bring him to repentance, to be delivered from Satan.)
